Evexia Hospitals and One-Day Surgery Clinics announced the transfer of their management to Naba Al Seha, a leading healthcare services company with more than 40 years of experience in operating and managing medical facilities.

Evexia Hospitals and One-Day Surgery Clinics are entering a new phase of strategic development and transformation under the umbrella of the medical sector leader, Naba Al Seha, aiming to enhance one-day surgery services and elevate the quality of healthcare provided.

The announcement was made during an official event held on Thursday, 20 November 2025, in the presence of a distinguished group of physicians and administrative staff.

Mr. Nadhir Al Jishi, CEO and Vice Chairman of Naba Al Seha, affirmed that this management transition marks the beginning of a new era of development for Evexia Hospitals, saying:
